Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of the reservation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation must be reported in writing or by e-mail. The date of receipt of the cancellation is considered the cancellation date.
